You're here because walks with your dog are stressful.
The moment you spot another dog, your body tightens. How far away are they? Will this turn into a scene?
Your dog locks on to the dog and your stomach drops. "Please don’t let this escalate." People are watching. You feel the heat rise in your face as your dog reacts and you wish you could disappear.
Your dog’s reactivity limits your social life at home, and you miss talking and enjoying time with other dog people.
The constant planning is exhausting. You can’t always avoid every trigger, and sometimes you’re caught off guard - a dog appears too close, someone walks past the house, the doorbell rings and WHAM! It's chaos.
You feel guilty because you know your dog is stressed, but you don't know how to help them, and sometimes frustration turns into anger.
You worry about things escalating, about being judged, about whether you handled it “right.”
We created this membership because we understand, reactivity is emotional. Not only for the dog, for you too.

This is a community where you can show up exactly as you are and get real, experienced guidance.
You’re supported by coaches who understand reactivity deeply and help you make sense of what’s going on with your dog.
We meet live, so you can talk things through, practise skills, and get feedback that fits your dog and your life. Theory becomes usable.
You stop guessing and start feeling clearer about what to do.
Join us to feel more capable and less alone.
"I’ve taken several reactivity courses before. This gave me the right knowledge, not just more knowledge. My dog and I have a better life now."
Angela & Tikaani
This is the heart of the Reactivity Club. Twice a month, we meet live on Zoom to:
You don’t have to write the perfect question or explain everything in a comment thread. You can just… talk. And suddenly things make sense.
One of our two monthly Zoom sessions is not a talk. It’s a train-along session.
Everyone brings their dog. We choose a specific skill to work on and we practice together, in real time, at home, with support.
"The biggest thing I have actually found is just by having Barbara and Julia along with the mastermind group to come to on a regular ongoing basis your mindset starts shifting to being more confident in thinking “I can do this,” and you develop a toolbox of techniques for how to handle a dog on lead, in addition to numerous games you can play to build relationship, confidence, and focus with your dog while having fun with games-based activities. They also take some time to allow for everyone to share their own specific situation and we troubleshoot together and brainstorm individualized plans for specific problems some may be dealing with. The best part is that you feel a team of support behind you and you hear others who may also feeing the same way you may be! I honestly can’t say enough about the progress I have seen since my dog and I have joined"

"I ABSOLUTELY love working with Barbara and Julia... The live sessions each week are so helpful to bring it all together and ask questions. Plus they are just fun! I love the sense of humor and grace they bring to everything.
Such a welcoming and low stress environment!
They've really created a culture of feeling safe to share and learning! "

That’s okay.
All sessions are recorded, and you get access to the replays. There is a vast library of on demand resources as well.
Many members rarely attend live due to time zones or work schedules.
They still get huge value by watching replays, joining discussions, and receiving support between sessions.
This is designed to work in real life, not an ideal one.
"If you also need to miss any session you can work at your own convenience and pacing and the videos are always available to rewatch. If you are on the border of deciding if you’d like to join I promise you this is an investment in your relationship with your dog and peace of mind!"
Nicole & Chopin
Even when you know the theory, it’s different when it’s your own dog.
Emotions, worry, and history get in the way, and that can make it surprisingly hard to see clearly. Often it isn’t about learning something new at all, but about having experienced eyes on the situation, helping you cut through the noise and decide what matters most in that moment.
The Reactive Dog Club offers that perspective, along with space to think, practise, and recalibrate when things feel emotionally loaded.
" I am a seasoned dog owner, competitor & trainer and have been blessed with many wonderful dogs over the years, having never had to deal with reactivity until recently.
While the initial Reactivity class was great and extremely helpful, joining the Mastermind group allowed me to broaden my understanding and, more importantly, carry on with Sunny’s individual training journey successfully as new challenges continue to present themselves.
Barbara and Julia help each of us with specific training plans in addition to expanding on training and canine behavior theory. This helps us as owners & trainers hone our skills in general. The accompanying community, which is an integral part of this Mastermind, is awesome; always being empathetic & supportive when needed, helping with brainstorming and celebrating along with us for our wins!
Regardless of whether you have a dog who’s reactive behaviors are simply a nuisance or one who’s behaviors hinder daily activities, joining this group is a win-win for sure!"
